Make sure you are weather aware for the date of your rental.
Cancellation Policy is 24 hours before your rental date/time for weather related only. If you do not cancel by this time, the full price will be paid in full. If you cancel 2 days before your rental date/time, then you will receive a refund for each unit. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelations prior to 3 days of your rental date/time, a full refund will be submitted for each unit along with your deposit.

Clear path to area unit will be set up. See "space needed" below. Area must be a minimum of 10 feet away from any body of water including, ponds, pools, lake, streams, etc.
